Finally. It’s Saturday.

And my weekend isn’t booked solid! The past couple of weeks have been super busy with work meetings, party throwing, appointments, and of course just the day-to-day life stuff. But now that it’s officially May, I feel like things will start to slow down a bit as we enter into summer. Born and raised in the south, summer is always my favorite time of the year. Most people hate the hot, humid summers but I seriously love them. Give me a backyard, a cold drink, and a kiddie pool and I’m in heaven. Even better than that is our beach trip that’s coming up in about two weeks. It’s really snuck up on me this year, but I’ve officially started stalking the extended forcast and am counting down the days.
